Privacy Policy
Straight to the point: we collect the minimum, we don't sell anything, and you own your monitor. Last updated: July 2026.
Minimal collection
We keep only what the service needs to work: the values your board sends (the sensor readings), the monitor code and, if you provide it, a contact email. We don't ask for any government ID, we don't track you across sites and we don't use advertising cookies. Like any web server, we keep technical access logs that we use only in aggregate form (e.g. total visits per country or per page) — no individual profiling and no third-party tracking tool on the page.
We don't sell or share
Your data is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Period. We only access the information to operate and support the service, or when the law requires it.
Monitors are public by design
Each dashboard opens at a public link meca3dlab.com.br/mc-XXXXXX — anyone with the code sees the readings live. That's intentional, so you can share it easily. Don't publish sensitive data you wouldn't want seen.
Retention = the monitor's validity
Readings are stored for as long as the validity you chose (60 or 90 days). After that window without renewal, the monitor's data is discarded automatically.
Your rights & deletion
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time — just send us the monitor code. Deletion is done on request, no red tape.
